Herb Kohl (D-Wis.), is leaving the law and lobbying firm Holland & Knight to join Thorn Run Partners as a partner. Bock lobbied for clients including Comcast, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Burning Man Project at Holland & Knight, where he was a partner, according to disclosure filings.
