Taylor Cowey has extensive experience in federal health policy, with a special focus on women’s health, Medicaid, and other key issues. Her experience includes a number of years working with the National Abortion Federation Hotline Fund and the National Partnership for Women and Families.
Taylor received a B.A. from American University, where she led student delegations to Nepal and Dharamsala, India to research caste discrimination and the Tibetan Diaspora. She lives in Denver, Colorado.
