Thorn Run Partners (TRP) announced today the addition of Beau Schuyler as Partner in their Washington, DC office. Schuyler brings over 25 years of experience as a respected lobbyist, political strategist and Capitol Hill staffer to his new firm.
On Capitol Hill, Beau spent eight years serving “Blue Dog” Democrats Mike McIntyre (D-NC) and John Tanner (D-TN) as legislative director. In the years since, he co-founded the firm Parven Pomper Schuyler prior to joining Capitol Hill Strategies, where he’s spent the last 10 years as a Principal.
Beau’s expertise and insight into the workings of Democrats on Capitol Hill and his strong background with the tax writing committees will be a tremendous asset to the Thorn Run team. Having built a strong and diverse client base by finding areas of common ground between Democrats and the business community on complex tax and health issues, Beau’s skill set complements Thorn Run's capabilities to bring even greater value to our clients.
