When Oregon's production of utility-scale solar energy began to wane after a period of intense growth, TRP Oregon was asked by several top solar developers to help rekindle in-state solar power generation.
After collaborating with a diverse set of parties – from labor organizations to environmental organizations – TRP Oregon became a dynamic force behind legislation geared to incentivize statewide solar generation projects on an industrial scale. With the support of an array of stakeholders that TRP helped stack together, the bill passed with broad bipartisan support.
