A client was facing the loss of many multi-million-dollar State housing contracts if the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) moved forward with plans to consolidate these contracts at HUD headquarters.
TRP worked with congressional appropriators, authorizers, and Leadership in support of appropriations report language blocking the agency from moving forward with its plan.
The language was included, giving the client a one-year reprieve and a chance to work out an agreement.
